The act of signing for delivery on the BOL is the acceptance that your plastic tank has arrived undamaged. The person who signs the Proof of Delivery (POD) when tanks are delivered must note any visible damage or concerns on the POD. Often, the damage is done to a piece that can easily be replaced. If you have questions regarding the condition of the plastic tank please call RV Tank Supply while the driver is still there at the location and before you sign the delivery receipt, then we will gladly help you with a resolution. Surface scratches and scuffs can happen when the plastic tank is in transit. Surface scratches will not impact the plastic tank's structural integrity or void your warranty and this does not constitute damage of the plastic tank. Please take pictures, if possible, and contact RV Tank Supply immediately upon discovery for evaluation and proper resolution. You do not have to accept the plastic tank if you have any questions regarding the condition of the plastic tank, please refuse the plastic tank or note damage on the delivery receipt and contact RV Tank Supply immediately.

Tanks can and may become dirty and/or scuffed in transit. This does not constitute a damaged plastic tank.

Our plastic tanks ship from RV Tank Supply’s manufacturers in good and new condition. Once the plastic tanks are turned over to the shipper, damage can occur. If there is no notation of damage on the signed BOL, the buyer has accepted that the plastic tank has arrived, has been inspected and is in good condition. It is very important that the buyers thoroughly look over the plastic tanks for damage and if there is damage, they are required to note it on the BOL or refuse the plastic tank.

Notify RV Tank Supply immediately if the tank is damaged.
